KTS Construction services began as a general work contractor in 2015, over the year the group has undertaken several challenging projects, KTS is a full-service engineering, procurement and construction company operating with current licenses at Kions Technical Services, safety is a core value and we take our HSE commitment very seriously.
Today, KTS takes on the roles of main contractor for small to medium size Project and performs project services to coordinate specialist for industrial and commercial projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-added services to our clients, and direct hire the following trades – civil/concrete, structural steel fabrication & erection, mechanical (piping), Tankages & Erection, rigging/equipment setting and millwright services.

Services :
Engineering Services
KTS offers full multi-disciplinary engineering and detailed design services. We have a group of well-qualified engineers and a design staff with extensive experience in the downstream, midstream and power sectors. KTS Technical engineering executes all project life phases including Pre FEED (system/ infrastructure study and conceptual design) FFED packages (Preliminary design & TIC estimate) final detailed design & engineering packages, and construction support.
Structural Sevices
KTS is a member of the Asian Institute of Structural Construction (AISC) and as a company has obtained a company Certification through AISC as an Advanced Certified Erector.
KTS iron working crews have extensive knowledge and experience in erecting all types of structural steel and support systems. We have completed structural jobs ranging in size from several hundred tons to several thousand tons.
Mechanical Services
Rigging
The KTS team includes the multi-national premier experts for rigging and lifting equipment. These professionals evaluate lifts along with our engineers to produce safe, efficient lift plans. This attention to detail and planning is key when moving and setting heavy mechanical and process equipment.
Millwright
KTS Personnel have installed rotating equipment with precision instrumentation for over 30 years. From large turbine generators and kilns to pumps and mixers, our crafts men will ensure that our customers’ equipment is installed correctly resulting in a quicker, smoother start-up and commissioning process.
Piping Fabrication and Installation
KTS craftsmen are well experienced in underground and above ground piping for various schedules and sizes form carbon, stainless steel, aluminum to alloy steel piping and including FRP, GRP, HDPE piping. Including pressure testing (Pneumatic & Hydrostatic Test) from low pressure to high pressure piping systems.
Our craftsmen delivers our customers top-notch quality product with the support of our state of the art QC Department.
Small Cap and Maintenance
KTS provides plant maintenance, staff augmentation, ongoing improvements and upgrades, and de-bottle-necking.
Currently, KTS has several highly skilled, mobile teams that are assisting both capital project managers and operations team leaders at multiple sites, under both Time and Material (T&M) and Lump Sum Contracts.
We have a strong database of dedicated and skilled workers that possess the skills necessary to meet and exceed all client’s expectations and needs.
Civil Engineering Services
KTS direct-hire labor force and management teams are proficient with all types of site work and concrete placement. KTS personnel have successfully installed both elevated and grade level slabs, beams, footers, walls, equipment pads and foundations. Complex forming and challenging rebar systems are all well within the capabilities of our forming and rod busting crews.
Electrical
KTS maintains a specialized crew of electrical and instrumentation craftsmen along with managers to support our turn key installation of systems. These crews are paramount to our success in controlling the construction schedule and allowing a seamless start-up and commissioning process.
Manpower Services
Our recruitment team has access to a rapidly expanding database of locally and regionally available candidates of all disciplines and skill sets. In tandem with our local and international partners, we benefit from having access to a large pool of candidates from Philippines.
We support clients who operate construction in the Oil & Gas, Process and Petrochemical industries, Power plant, fertilizer plant, Infrastructure, General Construction. We have specialist recruiters for all disciplines in addition to supporting Commercial, specialist killed workers, HSE and Quality Assurance departments.
To support our Clients who require Moroccan Visas KTS manpower solutions has been established in Morocco to meet these specific needs. Separately Licensed by the MOHRM and managed by KTS group’s experienced team in Morocco we are now able to provide efficient & compliant Morocco Visa & payroll services as well as a full suite of recruitment capabilities. SHUTDOWN PERSONNEL
We have and continue to support the shutdown and outage needs of our clients in the region. We can source, trade test, locally accommodate, transport, payroll & mobilise/ demobilise specialist teams of personnel to carry out complete plant outages. We offer a proven end to end service with complete transparency to meet the client’s specific needs.
RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGNS
We organize both local and international recruitment campaigns for clients wishing to hire specific numbers of personnel. We have successfully carried out campaigns in Morocco as well as in Philippines. We provide a complete service including the sourcing of candidates and venue arrangements. A project team supports the campaign to ensure smooth operation and successful completion.
HSE Training and Supervision
KTS solid foundation in the training and consultancy have made exponential growth in the MOROCCO and expanded our presence globally in the South East Asia. KTS engaged competent practitioners and specialist workforce to deliver its services as per the KTS core values.
KTS is in partnership with certified bodies BSCIC and Tatweer Safety Training & Consultancy that has the international accreditations from International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA), National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH), Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) respectively.
